if every tom dick or hairy able to park their car in a condo without the IC being the residency address, all the 2nd hand car dealers will park their hundred of cars there FOC.

it happened in the condo me stayed few yrs back.
the farker parked 5 or 6 unsold used cars in the parking lots for visitors and only stopped after residents kpkb for insufficient parking lot for residents.
