Anyone still awake? Not easy for me to sleep early; have been sleeping at about 2-3am almost every night for the last 25 years lol. Not good for body, but difficult to change.

Very unhealthy indeed to sleep at this hour. Like you, I have been sleeping at 2-3am in recent months, and waking up at ~8am to get ready for work. My memory has been deteriorating and I have become very blurrrrrr at work and prone to make mistakes. No good. Need to change the life style.

That's true. I've got a goldfish memory and have to write everything that I've learnt or done on a log book. Sometimes, I can even talk halfway and forgot what I want to say hahaha. Luckily, my ability to analyse things remain intact. I hope I don't live to an old age.

I sleep daily at 11pm. Although I eat lots of CKT, I have not seen a doctor in the last ten years

Before Covid, ktvs & nightclubs closed after 2am. Currently coffee shops close at 10.30pm pity those poor night-birds.
