That's right. She's already been told to check with sms.gov.sg, and yet she's here asking us if this is authentic. She's stupid yet called the govt stupid.

Cannot. The scammers can try something similar like "govt.sg" or "gov.sgp" to fool people. They did say even if the scammers tried this method, they have protections against this but did not elaborate on how that was done.
