What an inspiring project! Building a farm on a hill and reviving an abandoned house sounds like a labor of love. I can imagine the breathtaking views you must have. Embracing Construction Terms in such a hands-on way is both daunting and exciting. When I was renovating a cottage, I found myself immersed in terminology I never thought I'd need to know, from trusses to drywall. It's amazing how much you pick up along the way.
