Yes! There's even a  well fed Thai young man telling an old man holding a walking stick selling tissue to move away as the area in his tuff. I witnessed this abt a year ago.  That young man is still there last week plying his trade outside Bedok Centra lNTUC and Bedok Shopping mall.

I also saw some vans putting those wheelchaired people there lah!  Maybe from nursing homes lah!
