Small claims tribunal is also useless. 2 companies owe us about $30,000. Paid more than 100 dollars each to them still got back not a single cent. Waste time and money.

Must pay membership fee and no guarantee can solve problem. You also have to go several gov bodies PAY for reports before going small claims tribunal. Then if the other party don't turn up they say sorry lah can't do anything about it.
