If you separate the noodles and ingredients put in different plates, you can charge yourself more

I only train to keep fit now. Last time I also eat a lot of protein.  For no steroid bodybuilder, 1.5g per kg bodyweight is enough as long as he eat plenty of carb. I am more into meditation and breathing method now.
