The KL condo that I have been eyeing on has many facilities and they look so nice. Eg. 

spa pool, lounge, sky lounge, reading lounge

买马来西亚的公寓，地点占优势固然是好，但也要考虑到周围邻里社区。要不然等你发现住的地方龙蛇混杂时，黑的褐的黄的白的 hambalang都有时，为时已晚  Tongue

在新山租公寓还是比较保险。要投资，就算了吧。
