SG self order kiosk initially many ppl quite rejected to the ideas when it was implemented in SG across the island 3- 4 years ago, today we accepted it and it probably saved each outlet 5 manpower per shift or 10 headcount each day

Actually I prefer pay at counter,
Self order also take LONG. A LOT just " choosy around , slowly press here and there , some worst , choose finish than press cancel again slowly choose scroll around " as if they are scrolling their smartphone like that " make the Q even longer
