In the early years social harmony was tested and people of different races actually stood by each other and work out the community even without govt and laws.
Today? As far as I can observe, social harmony is dictated, governed and legislated. Yet the racial tension is high and most are just waiting for the pivot point where hell be unleashed. We just need an external led event to trigger the disparity and it will explode...
