This may be one of the guidelines in the near future.

Very soon for LKK and ex scam victim, you will have
a cooling period of 10 days if you need to transfer $5k and above to a new account.
2k to 5k will be 5 days cooling period.
2k and below will be 1 day cooling period.

If you die die want to transfer the amount immediately, you need to go bank to check first to make sure it is a safe account before transferring.

kns, again sg rush to be world nos 1, a cashless society with ample digital services and more but failed to have secured apps.
so, compensate 100% for all who are scammed.

Need app developers to design for security? Does this MP know that most of their app does not make any payment and has NOTHING, really NOTHING to do with them?
