In non-mature HDB towns, the top salespersons "enjoyed an unassailable lead", whereas those in mature estates faced more competition. For instance, in Punggol, the top two agents each closed more than 55 transactions last year, whereas those ranked fifth and sixth brokered only 25 each.

The one you mentioned, the top punggol property agent, was this Yuna Lim? Cuz as far as I've heard, she's one of the best in Southeast Asia and I think her agency is from the Sengkang/Punggol district.
