Just go look at bus shelters around your estates....got see anyone clean b4? Or wait for rain to wash all the cups and tissue papers?

I was carrying some rubbish at HC looking for a trash can to throw....finally saw 1 a few metres from kopitiam....rubbish filled to the brink....all throw around it....I follow lor.
