If the person allows neighbours and everyone to use the swing and furniture, it should be allowed. Someone also set up a library at the void deck at Holland area and had no problems. Need to be consistent.

You dont know void deck is their golden goose meh.
Funeral and wedding party can be hold in the void deck.

There no consistency It is a myth
u can have MP plants Tree and the rest follow
Next u are told to get rid of them
yet for some reason some people r lucky
they can continue.
At other they want to plant vegetables at car park
It is on and off on the fly
Better to put it clearly just say the land is mine
