SG's extremely high cost of living may be traced back to the sky high cost of running this Govt with Ministers' starting salary already hitting $1 million per annum.  Goh CT stated that anyone who earns less than $1 million per year is unfit to be a Minister.

Our food portion is very small

ie chicken rice, size of lettuce/ chicken eggs, carrots

If we have the same large portion like Sydney, Vancouver or Seattle

it will be $12 for a plate without aircon
