It's been six months since Chee Soon Juan opened his cafe Orange & Teal, and a familiar face dropped by his cafe "the other day".

In a Facebook post shared on Friday (Dec 10), the Singapore Democratic Party chief wrote on his personal Facebook page that Lee Suet Fern came for lunch.

And perhaps in true (early) Christmas spirit, the senior lawyer and wife of Lee Hsien Yang also left a "lovely present" — napkins in orange and teal that came together with a handwritten note.

She wrote in the note: “These napkins were inspired by your lovely new restaurant. I hope you and your family enjoy them.”

Well... All politicians buy it one way or another... Same only do so 1 month before GE... Lol Some chooses to start buying way ahead. Some don't bother buying or walking the ground but just offer as alternative for people to vote and a golden ticket to earn 16k monthly allowance.

Selected few need to secure that MP seat before they get their multi million minister pay. Just wondering if a sudden switch around and opposition alliance actual formed the govt and takes over those ministerial portfolios... Will the new opposition camp start complaining that ministerial pay is too high or that don't need so many MPs... Lol

If the PAP MPs who are ministers, and they had lost in the GE, and when opposition MPs become the ruling party, then they will surely know that they are too highly paid, and will cut their salaries to less than one million per year....but that is a far-fetched dream..... Laughing
