The mall doesn't hv many shops and businesses are not too good. Could be affected by the plq mall opposite, and the haig rd market and food center nearby

The HDB estate there is not big enough to support it. And the condos and landed prop people may not go there.

i go there for my haircut at Kcuts................always the same barber..................hope the outlet will stay and price no go up...........

Malls have now become more like eating malls. Just get a few famous and popular eateries, like Hai tee lau, etc and the mall will be busting to life

Malls if too small hard to do well. And must hv bank branches, the more the merrier, better if come with lounges
