Nevertheless Saudi, Qatar and UAE are cash cows, where else can Trump get such huge deals? On the other hand the U.S. national debt is too huge, Trump can only offset a bit even for paying the interests, it is impossible to eliminate it…he can get rich countries in the Middle East to buy more bonds.
