Britain wants to please Daddy America by sacrificing its national interest, at the same time it manages to seal a deal with India to lower down tariffs.
UK-US trade is very small, it is only 1% of the US global trade, the U.S. is having surplus in trade with Britain, so it is symbolic and useless.

Trump wants a deal badly to take credit but is unable to break through with Japan, Korea and India in negotiations, therefore he signs a deal with UK to make it up and to save face.😎

It's not a signed agreement yet and yes, it's rather limited. Kind of not as bad for UK's auto industry. Good for UK's steel and aluminium industry. The 10% tariffs is still there.
Opens up agriculture products from US to UK although UK citizens are wary of the food produced and processed in the US.
More of a win for US. Not really a win for UK, more like negative.
