china gdp 17.7 trillion. export to usa 0.5 trillion representing less then 3% of gdp.
china local consumer spend 9.9 trillion. if they just spend 5% more is enough to wipe out export lost to usa.
they really no need to export to usa. just need to find ways to generate more local consumptions.
trump over play his import advantage.
also about 400m service trade win us has over china. if wipe out and move over to china then us will be real
lost. no material to manufacture. no cheap goods for consumers, no export to china 100+m. no service trade to china 400+ m. only gain 500m import money.

I think China should encourage US to continue doing what is doing under Trump

Just wait few months. Once US factories have no material, components or parts to manufacture, they will start retrenching staff.
