rubbish chute hopper inside the house spoil liao...............need to replace...............what brand to buy ah ?

came across Maxden brand (made in Singapore)...........got magnetic strip around the edges so airtight (fumigation fumes and cockroaches can't come in) but cost nearly 800 bucks............

what about this Riben brand ?...........also made in Singapore but around half the price of Maxden........but no magnetic strip around the edges

or got other affordable brands with the magnetic strip ?
