New building not likely electrical fault cause fire ? Most HDB flats have circuit breakers to cut off power supply too ! Wiring cables mybe also fire resistance or retardant too cannot spead so fast !

Knn.... electrical issue why??? HDB electrical cct breaker sub standard n cannot trip when over load???

mine can trip when short. Once i shorted it trip immediately , how to start a fire.

this means HDB better check or did not check on contractor beng kia to install good cct breaker,

beng kia contractor short change HDB by giving them lousy one.
