If watch is good one year wait is worth it.

i think these dealers are purposely not selling to create demand................

only certain models and brands can make money, right ?................so dealers keep those models to sell at higher prices later lah............

process not as simple..u need to buy unpopular watches to qualify for the good ones..waiting now is even for very basic models..investing in grey market is the alternative

no lah..dealer must sell watch at published prices…but they will make u buy zero appreciation models to get the good ones…in the end still u can profit from the good ones but unpopular one will sell at loss unless u want to wear

yes agent can decide which regular customers they allocate good watches to

grey is second hand watch dealers like watch capital not the auth dealers like hourglass and cortina

Recently I learned about this watch mechanism called :"Spring Drive" only found in "Grand Seiko".

Really impressive. I think it is worth collecting....anyone knows about this?

Yes buy still impressive took decades to perfect and solve many problems.

Also read Seiko mechanical watches even without spring drive were so accurate, the Swiss stop having completion on mechanical watch accuracy.

Grand Seiko is more for people that want fantastic watches without showing off...............

the designs are too understated and conservative though..........
