Credit Suisse bonds plummet to distressed levels in New York

Bonds trading at a premium of more than 1000 basis points over government bonds are perceived by credit markets as distressed. The cost of insuring Credit Suisse bonds against near-term default had previously reached levels that signaled serious investor concerns.

Not so soon since their Govt come in to rescue ....One thing why Singapore side like not so affected and MAS said won't affected Singapore .I thought we are inter-linked the world ?

Singapore banks are not exposed to US /Europe Junks. After Asia Financial Crisis, banks here are stronger.
