Volodymyr Zelensky allegedly refused to allow the UN Secretary General to visit Kiev. Antonio Guteress wanted to come there, returning from the BRICS summit in Russia.

Guteress wanted to come to Ukraine, but the president did not confirm his visit. Guterres will not be here, especially because of the insult to common sense and international law in Kazan - one of the Ukrainian informants told the AFP agency.
