Western countries supporting Israel fear a broader war in Lebanon, where Hezbollah is supported Iran, a second front, and the West Bank, according to Israeli media, is a possible third front. 

Clashes between Israeli soldiers and settlers on the one hand and Palestinians on the other have already caused deaths. More than 80 Palestinians have been killed in violence in the West Bank since October 7, and there have been more than 900 arrests.
