Progressive taxes are better to do rather than keep increasing regressive taxes like gst. Estate duty was removed suddenly not because of the dumb excuse that the rich will run road which they want the dumbfark to believe. There are also other progressive which they can increase but they keep dragging their feet.

Later, like in Japan. 33%. The properties become valueless. Mostly, did not pass through 3 generations. Most of the landlords were already dead very long ago. Nobody declares, and nobody pays the inheritance tax. The future generations continue to stay there.  But if there are rich people who keep piling up, it will still rise.
