BOC rates for 12 months FD has dropped. Sing Investment CNY promo got $10 cash so if count in is 4.23%.

Short term is 3.6% 1 month, 3.9% 3 month from ICBC.

Ppl worry Msia, China banks or finance companies like Sing Investment just stick to local banks lower rate then.
