The National Investigation Agency (NIA) confiscated two properties of Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, the US-based chief of Sikhs for Justice (SFJ). 

The development came as Pannun had been making inciteful remarks against India and threatened Indo-Canadian Hindus to leave Canada amid the diplomatic standoff between New Delhi and Ottawa.
