Mandatory death sentence I think must stay. Reason is simple. If kill ppl won't get death then go kill some for practice lor. I think it is based on which country the crime is committed. Last time HuangNa case that JHK run road to Penang later turn himself in is go back Spore court judge. He die by hanging btw. HuangNa mother got lots of sympathy monies go back China build big house pregnant again.
