The U.S. doesn’t have a healthcare system in place, seeing a doctor and going for surgery are very expensive, as a result many cancer patients die at home than going for treatment in hospitals as they can’t afford.

On the other hand doctors are making tons of money for overcharging people, insurance firms also benefit from this.
