Dont forget around 75% here are Chinese, so the percentage of favorable views of China in SG are still consider low

I am sanguine with the survey...considering only  4 of 17 surveyed are in Asia with rest mostly European/western countries.And of the 4 Asian locations, 2 of have population that hardly understand Chinese language.IMHO, that is where SG stands out given we have the benefit of Bilingualism in Mandarin and english. The result is SGreans has much better access to both sides of the argument...




Hence, unlike the other 16,  SG's far more China-friendly attitude stands out precisely because even with 75% ethnic Chinese, we are less swayed by the various media since we are able to read, hear, see and hence better understand the views of both China and US.
