Did Ong Beng Seng applies for a S$30,000 instalment payment plan?
Entitlement due to compassionate reasons.
Maybe can be considered to offer him paying by 30 monthly instalments with penalty on late payment proposed interest to be charged @ 2.5% p.a.
Any better proposal, bro
