Occupancy Plateau at 50% compare  with pre pandemic.

Aat the same time there is shortage of housing in city areas. Many states now approve office conversions and re-zoning giving owners n exit plan.

US office REITs are not dead yet. But need to navigate out of this situation

Companies also smart.  Can save on rent. Sg companies also doing the same.
