In the 36 Stratagems there are military tactics and psychological strategies. One of these stratagems specifically involves sowing discord between two parties:
Let the enemy's own spy sow discord in the enemy camp. This stratagem focuses on using double agents or spies to create internal conflict within the enemy's ranks. By spreading misinformation or manipulating loyalties, it aims to weaken the enemy from within.
These stratagems are not only applicable in warfare but can also be adapted to various other contexts. They emphasize cunning, deception, and psychological manipulation to achieve strategic goals.
In addition to the Thirty-Six Stratagems, there are other tactics basing on the principles of Sun Tze Bing Fa that can be employed to sow discord between two countries. Here are a few:
1. Disinformation Campaigns: Spread false or misleading information through media, social networks, or other channels to create confusion and mistrust between nations.
2. Economic Warfare: Manipulate trade, sanctions, or economic policies to weaken the other country's economy, leading to internal strife and discontent.
3. Proxy Wars: Support opposing factions or rebel groups within a country to destabilize it and create internal conflict.
4. Cultural Subversion: Influence cultural narratives, education, and media to promote ideas that undermine the other country's stability and unity.
5. Cyber Attacks: Target critical infrastructure, communication networks, or government systems to disrupt operations and create distrust.
6. Diplomatic Isolation: Encourage other nations to isolate the target country diplomatically, weakening its alliances and international standing.
Remember that these tactics can have far-reaching consequences, and their use should be carefully considered in any geopolitical context.
Hope this help.

Should place all 60 in Guan
“Overseas training detachments are integral to meeting RSAF’s training requirements,” the spokesperson added.
"MINDEF will continue to work closely with the US Department of Defense and the relevant agencies, to ensure that the RSAF’s requirements are met in a cost-effective and timely manner."
Singapore Armed Forces has trained in Guam since 1990s, while RSAF has previously deployed fighter aircraft to Andersen Air Force Base for training with the US Pacific Air Force.
“The purpose of the proposed action is to provide critical infrastructure that enhances US posture west of the international date line,” it added.
Construction of upgrades would take place over about three to seven years. These include an aircraft hanger, maintenance and utilities buildings, and fuel systems.
In identifying Andersen for “enhanced capabilities”, the US dismissed five other potential alternative locations within the Pacific Air Forces area of responsibility for consideration.
RSAF currently has two other fighter detachments in the US: The Peace Carvin II F-16 fighter detachment at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona, and the Peace Carvin V F-15SG fighter detachment at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. It also has an AH-64 Apache helicopter detachment at Marana in Arizona.
Apart from the US, RSAF has overseas training detachments in Australia and France.
The public has 30 days from Dec 15 to submit comments on the revised proposal.

A Singapore RSAF fighter jets squadron with one support plane reported missing over night supposedly en route to joining India airforce exercise in India.
On sunrise, the squadron was found staying a night on a tiny island in Andaman sea..
Luckily, the joined exercise was not over.

All those RSAF fighter jets were specially ordered with specific computer programs for missiles and bombs.
They have been upgraded regularly.
Supposedly, cannot easily be sold to anyone.

The US had been practicing those across the globe since end of the last Cold War and accelerated its Foreign Influence game post 9/11.
1. Disinformation - "WMD" in Iraq, "genocide" in Xinjiang, US is a "democracy"....etc
2. Economic war - Iran, Cuba, Venezuela
3. Proxy wars - Vietnam and Korean war
4. Cultural subversion - HK, Ukraine, Indonesia
5. Cyber attacks - EU gov leaders mobile phones
6. Diplomatic isolation - N Korea, Afghanistan
The Funni thing about this news is SG openly replied that it has not confirm we had accepted such "proposal".
I guess we had been very careful and learn from those wisdom mentioned in the Art of War

No questions asked in Parliament.
Singapore donation
On November 18th, 2004 it was announced that Thailand was to receive the remaining 7 RSAF F-16A/B's (3 Alpha models and 4 Bravo models). They were all handed over in the course of January 2005. Instead of a standard purchase between two governments, these airframes are donated by the government of Singapore to the Thai Air Force. In return the RSAF can train on the Thai air base of Udon Thani a number of days each year. This deal signifies the good relationship between these two ASEAN member countries.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ai..._Air_Force
as now only 3 still working units.
So is confirm old units, F-15 is known to be rugged, carry more bombs and last longer in air than F-16.
Rigorous training also may shorten jet life span.
So this kind of question you must prepare before become MP.

Our "in camps" had help to keep SG sovereignty safe for the last 58 years.
I supposed those who makes presumptions fail to understand that itself is already a bargain regardless of where SAF trains.
