You can't be inventing 6G fighter jets by copying American's 5G technology F35, right?

I never heard ChatGPT mentioned about they are copied, only a joker jn this forum said so.

Chatgdp probably can't sue Deepseek for copyright to use their models.  This is because Chatgdp probably is not able to register its copyright in China as China has advised companies not to offer Chatgdp in China.  This is a loophole that Deepseek used.

Anyway,  Deepseek's reputation globally will be affected and unlikely they will attract overseas investors and sell their products as good overseas.  That may be one of the reasons why they offered Deepseek free of charge.  Users will want to use free Deepseek but they can be sued for copyright if Deepseek contains Chatgdp copyright materials.

Also if Deepseek has infringed copyright laws, Apple and Google will delete Deepseek apps from their Stores. That will be a good indication.

Omi.. Thank you for bumping up the message.

Then please proceed to take legal action. See how the court decide.

First, is there a patent lodged for the training materials?

If the materials are just common materials available in the market place, can you claim patent right for the materials?
