It means large number of young Ukrainians lost their lives in the past 2 years, now need new blood. If these young people between 18-24 are also killed in the near future, Ukraine is doomed with no men but a lot of women. No wonder Ukraine garment passes a law to allow young solders keep their sperms for future use.
