To be fair Pinoy really ish jim beh kan and their fishermen had been bullied by AT fishermen in sea for decade liao. Tiagong when pinoy send their laoya patrol boat to go chase those AT fishermen will ganna chase away by AT fishermen instead, don't even need PLAN to intervene one. 
There was a time when the country asked ordinary men to do extraordinary things.
But now, they'll only do it for money.

To be fair pinoy are known to have average IQ of 80 nia. Don't think they can differentiate the scales of boosting a maritime patrol to that of an army fighting a major war.
