What do u expect when Iran fired 400 missiles? There is no defense system tt is 100% fool proof. A 90% interception is considered Good. Y r they aiming commercial and residential area? Blind firings?

If the missile was targeting the hospital, nothing will be left, including the occupants. No one died, building still standing
