Ukraine shows that Asean Defence cannot depend on others to help.
Suggestion that Asean members must jointly have a prototype defence system like NATO.

A combined shared defence force in Asean will reduce taxpayers expenditure and huge financial budget burden for each country.
Singapore will benefit immensely.
