TS, do you have any idea why there is green stain on tofu? is it becoz of chlorophyll from parsley or artificial colorings that unscrupulous merchant sprayed on? i noticed i always get such green stains from Thailand produced parsley

That day I buy a small box of horfun with paper thin meat already cost $5.30. I need eat two boxes and still deficient in protein.

huhhh...don't think so leh...
the tofu was fresh. it only turned green after cook. 
and the stain has got the parsley leaves shape that appears like color transfer to me  Cry
