Oslo had blocked 20 tonnes of goods there for several weeks. The containers from Russia are destined for Russian miners living in the Norwegian archipelago of Svalbard in the Arctic. According to the Russian consul on these islands, the cargo contains seven tons of food products, spare parts and equipment necessary for the winter.
