Part 1: Companies from the following areas:
- British
- French
- Swiss
- German
- Spanish
- Italian
- Dutch
- Scandinavian/Nordic
- Japanese
- Taiwanese
- Indonesian
- Australian
- New Zealand
- Canadian
- American

Part 2: MNCs that have a localized management in Singapore tend to behave more like a typical local chao kuan SME ?

In Japanese MNCs top management is 90% Japanese, locals can only hold deputy positions or middle management roles. Very strong Japanese culture, you can’t be late for work otherwise you will get warning letters, after 3 warning letters you will be fired. Lunch time is only 45 mins and you may have to wear uniform in office.  During meetings Japanese directors and managers only speak Japanese Sporeans sit quietly and listen.

In Angmoh MNCs many top and middle management roles are held by westerners, Sporeans do hold some of the middle management roles and they have to fit in Angmoh culture rather than the other way around.

Situation can be different in Angmoh SMEs, things are running by locals like a local company
