The Bank of England will not unveil its new monetary decision on Thursday as expected. The national mourning following the death of Elizabeth II has paralyzed the whole country, from strikes to cultural and sporting events. 

The situation remains nonetheless explosive between inflation, energy shortages and the social crisis surrounding the cost of living.
