In Spore our malls are small and a lot of shops are the same in all other malls. Food courts are mostly at basement or on top and restaurants in another floor.

In Thailand the malls are huge, and most importantly all the shops inside are different, there are multiple food courts and restaurants are in different floors.

After you finish one mall you realise there’s another big mall with more shoppings connected to the mall. After finish the 2nd mall you find the 3rd mall. All are connected together.

When you finally walk out of their mall you see hundreds of stalls are lined up for night market, people are playing guitar and singing nice songs professionally in the centre. Their stalls are beautifully set up selling good quality food and clothing, unlike ours selling all the low quality food and stuffs.

Do you still think Spore is the Shopping Heaven? I no long think so.

Have to check the developer, don't get shock is Capitalland owned one. They have build shopping malls in other Asia countries who knows this thailand one by them?

This is why our Tourism board got highlight , even so call got many travellers come SG have to brainstorm for more stuffs to make these travellers stay longer in SG.

Doesn’t matter which developers constructed the malls, they are huge, you can’t finish shopping as the mall is too big to walk around.

At least they have all types of small shops, different from one another. In Spore you go any malls you see all the same stores from same chains, Watsons, NTUC, Soup Spoon, Popular Bookstore, Old Chang Kee, Yakun, Toast Box etc are everywhere. so boring, why can’t we have different stores? crying

In Bangkok, they even have a dedicated area in the mall for pets. There are 20-30 pet stores in the area.

This one can't be help in Sg since our land is limited. One thing I know in fact SG most land used to build roads. Is not on BTO flats, condos even landed house.

No need to go all the way to Thailand. I heard Bangkok has bad traffic jams.

Just go to JB once cross causeway is City Square.

Further in is AEON.

Why must go all the way to Bangkok.

Traffic jams have been resolved in Bangkok as they have built more MRT lines during COVID.

Yes, even some of the malls in JB such as Mid Valley is bigger and more interesting. City Square Mall is nothing and it is small.
