The black Saab driver is at fault. That the Merc did not give way is not itself a criminal act. Sure, he has poor road manners but he did not break the law in not giving way.

Yes I saw the beedio too.  And the motorcyclist didn’t just appear there all of a sudden.

The black Saab had ample time to stop and slow down.  Instead when he was prevented from overtaking by the white Merc, he chut stunt, sideswipe the Merc and went on to beat the red light and we all know what happened.
