It is like someone go on killing spree on mrt. When arrested, killer say he killed becoz someone on the train anger him. So can blame that person (instead of killer) for the deaths

Watching the video, the black Saab driver was already speeding before the Mercedes was forced on the curb.
Based on Shanmugam’s twarted logic to blame guns/ knife/ car only evades responsibility. Just because a person can be angry, he can abuse any physical item to cause harm and injury. Our country cannot be built based on the Govt’s bad logic.

It's very common for some jerk to prevent you from overtaking
I think the Saab hitting the Merc during the overtaking likely changed the Saab driver's composure and he went rogue the whole way after that
