Sad, victim appears to be a 100% nice guy.
The police internal investigation can't even verify the traffic offense he was stopped for...they said he "might" have beaten a red light.

The other claim was resisting arrest. The police quickly pepper spray and stun gun  shortly after he got out of the car for no good reason. Any normal person will get anxious and defensive....after that the police beat him.

The police were acting more like criminals.

One only needed to misbehave once. He should just put his hands on his head and follow given instructions while in his car.  For justice to be seen those 5 cops to be jailed.
