I tried some Michelin hawker stall in Chinatown hawker centre, overrated and not nice one…likely the Angmoh have no idea how Asian cuisine is like. And this Japanese has no idea which Chinese hawker stalls are nice, he blindly chase for Michelin stalls, only foreigners will buy in.
