Let's make this very clear.

So far 84% of Singaporeans have been fully vaccinated;  out of the 16% unvaccinated,  about 7% are less than 12 years old.   If we were to consider 40% of those 150,000 infected have acquired natural immunity,  then only less than  10% of Singaporeans are unvaccinated.  This 10% is now occupying 51.5% of our O2 and ICU facilities.  That is the very reason why Gov is trying to restrict the unvaccinated's movement so as to protect the unvaccinated as well as to conserve the limiting and valuable O2 and ICU facilities we have in Singapore.
